I strongly recommend 110 Lavant for any home construction. My wife and I did not know much about construction before building a brand new ADU on our property. Janelle and her team walked us through the entire process and educated me along the way. There’s a lot of anxiety during the process,  but it was reassuring to have a team that was so well versed in all of the building regulations and red time. Overall, the entire project happened quickly and smoothly. Janelle was always there to answer our questions and provide us with updates along the way. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted as we were involved in the process 100% of the time. I look forward to working with 110 Lavant again, but maybe next time, I will be a lot more hands-off because I know what they are all about. 

The most professional group I have ever worked with on a project. They did such an amazing job . Very consistent with showing up to do the work, which is rare with a lot of contractors. They were a pleasure to work with and they made us a beautiful kitchen that I still look at and can’t believe I have. I highly recommend 110 Lavant . In fact, I already have had a few friends use them and they are so happy with their projects too !
